Website Purpose:  The purpose of this website is to enhance the support services we provide to our customers, the membership and quality community in general.  Our goal is to develop this site as a resource.  We've provided a number of ways here to help you resolve problems, report bugs, and suggest improvements to our service.  Use the url's at the top of every page to surf the most current pages of our site.  See 90 articles, 144 local career center links. 

ASQ's Vision:  By making quality a global priority, an organizational imperative, and a personal ethic, the American Society for Quality becomes the community for everyone who seeks quality technology, concepts, or tools to improve themselves and their world.

Role and Long-Term Objectives:

• To be stewards of the quality profession by providing member (customer) value

• To be stewards of the quality movement by providing increased society value from ASQ activities
