Earned Value Management (EVM) is a tool that is used by many companies in the Defense industries and in the private sectors to monitor project and program performance. This tool gives project’s stakeholders the ability to track schedule and cost progress toward baseline goals. Also it helps forecast future schedule and cost performance based on available data.

Jean holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from National University . He is a Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE), Project Management Professional (PMP), member of the ASQ and PMI San Diego chapter.  He is currently working as a software quality engineer at Cubic Defense Applications Inc. where he has led the quality engineering effort for multiple large projects.
